摘    要:对于一个液压系统,无论是设计者或使用者都希望它是最优的。通过一则液压系统优化设计的案例,对连轧管机组生产线上的毛管移送设备工况进行了分析。避免了常规液压系统设计的缺陷。从性能、价格、繁琐程度等方面进行比较。应用液压系统控制技术的先进成果——回路节省阀组成油路和元件的最合理匹配,满足了毛管移动设备的工况需要。

Abstract:As it is well-known that the optimization of the hydraulic system is expected by both the designer and the user, the thesis made an analysis on the working situation of the hollow bloom transferring equipment on the mandrel mill line with an optimization design case of hydraulic system, which avoids the disadvantages of the conventional hydraulic system. The thesis also made comparison in terms of its performance, price and complexity etc., and applied the sophisticated efforts of the control technology of hydraulic system, namely the best matching between the throttle valve composing oil circuit and its components, thereupon to meet the requirements of the working situation for the hollow bloom transferring equipment.
