加氢裂化装置泵P104B机械密封失效分析

摘    要:该文针对炼油厂催化车间的加氢裂化装置泵P104B在运行中,突然发生泄漏油气着火故障,严重影响了装置的长期稳定和安全环保运行。通过对该泵机械密封失效原因的分析,综合机械密封的工作原理,改进了装置的密封型式、冲洗冷却系统和工艺操作。实践证明,改造后取得了良好的密封效果和经济效益。

Abstract:In the passage,it refers to that when the pump P104B of hydro cracking unit in the catalyst plant of refinery is in operation,sometimes it may be in malfunction that is oil and gas leak and even cause fire.It seriously affected long-term stability of hydro cracking unit and security,as well as environmental protection.To analyze the cause of mechanical seal in failure for Pump P104B,and considering the work of mechanical seal,I have improved the seal of type in unit and the system of cooling,as well as process of operation.Practice has proved that we can get a good sealing effect and economic benefits after transformation.
