压差减压阀在静压支承中的应用研究

摘    要:该文为解决加载试验机工作时引起磨损的严重问题,提出应用静压支承的原理来减小磨损。对静压支承液压系统采用压力跟踪控制方式,保证了静压支承具有足够的油膜刚度,提高了静压支承的承载能力。用压差减压阀在静压支承实现压力跟踪供油控制在国内尚属首次,虽然尚不成熟,但在此方面的探索是十分有益的,它可以为工业生产带来可观的经济效益。

Abstract:In order to solve the serious abrasion problem caused by loading test enginery,we introduce the static pressure supporting principle to deduce the abrasion.the pressure track and the differential pressure control mode have been applied in the hydraulic system of hydrostatic support.That not only guarantee the hydrostatic support has enough oil film rigidity,but also increase the capacity of lode.It is the first time to use pressure differential relief valve in the static pressure supporting.Although it's immature yet,the explore to this field is very beneficial,because it can bring considerable economic benefit to industrial production.
