摘    要:修井机是液压传动技术在石油装备领域的应用典型之一,因工况环境恶劣,修井机在投产3-5年后,其液压系统故障频繁。该文通过分析液压系统的主要故障原因,对如何防范液压油污染提出了应对措施。

Abstract:Service machine is one of typical hydraulic transmission technology applied in petroleum equipment.Because hostile working environment,after service machines 3-5 years in production,the hydraulic system failure is frequent.Through analyzing the main failure causes of hydraulic system,the paper puts forward replied measures to prevent the hydraulic oil pollution.
