基于海洋环境的水下液压系统密封技术研究

摘    要:水下液压系统没有在水下作业设备中得到广泛应用,主要原因是在海水环境的液压元件与常规液压元件相比,无论是在材料选择、设计方法上,还是在结构原理、加工要求上都有较大差别,这是因为海水的自身压力对液压系统的渗透改变了传统的密封与润滑观念。而通过采取密封措施和压力补偿后,以液压油为工作介质的水下液压系统可以在不同海水深度下作业。介绍了基于海洋环境的水下液压系统密封技术。

Abstract:Underwater hydraulic system has not been widely used in the underwater equipment, mainly because hydraulic components in seawater compared with conventional hydraulic components, whether in material selection, design methods, principles or in the structure, processing requirements are greater difference, This is because the seawater pressure on the hydraulic system of its own penetration has changed the traditional concept of sealing and lubrication. And by taking measures in seals and pressure compensation, the underwater hydraulic system which uses the hydraulic oil as the working medium can operate under different depths of the seawater. This article describes the marine environment based underwater hydraulic systems seal technology.
