| 摘 要： | 在自动线生产过程中,不仅要求机床能自动地进行工作,而且要求装卸工件、定位夹紧、工件的输送、切屑的排除等都能自动地进行。介绍了液压-机械式滚齿机自动夹紧装置的设计原理,利用液压传动原理机械夹紧装置,工件在夹具上能够自动装卸、定位、夹紧。并在自动生产线上发挥了很大的技术经济价值和效能。 |

| Abstract: | In production process of automation line,besides automatic working process of machine is demanded,other automatic processes such as pieces loading and unloading,allocation and clamp,pieces transfer and shavings clear and so on should be satisfied at meanwhile.This paper introduced a design principle of automatic clamping device for hydraulic and mechanical gear hobber in order to load or unload,allocate and clamp pieces on cramping apparatus automatically using mechanical clamping device based on the principle of fluid transmission.By this method,there are notable value and effectiveness of technical economy in production process of automation line. |
