摘    要:由冷弯薄壁型钢立柱和墙板组合而成的墙柱体系是低层轻钢住宅中一种富有特色的新型竖向承重结构体系。墙柱体系在理论分析时可将墙板简化为沿立柱高度方向连续分布的侧向弹簧支撑。本文按弹簧模型,采用能量法建立了双侧不同材料墙板和单侧墙板支撑轴压立柱稳定问题的总势能方程,按一端简支一端固定的边界条件建立了变形函数,通过变分原理。推导出双侧不同材料墙板和单侧墙板支撑立柱弹性屈曲荷载的计算公式。同时进行了墙柱体系在轴心荷载作用下的足尺试验,得到了立柱的极限荷载和破坏模式,并与公式计算值进行了对比,结果表明计算值和试验值相符合,验证了公式的正确性。

Abstract:Wall stud system, which is composed of cold-formed steel frame and wallboard, is a new type of vertical bearing structure used in light gauge steel residential buildings. The wallboard is simplified to elastic springs distributed continually along the axial direction of stud. The total potential energy equation of stud braced on both sides wallboard of different material and one side wallboard is established using energy principle based on the elastic springs model. Displacement functions are introduced, which satisfy the end eondition that the bottom is fixed and the top is a roller support. The buckling load formulas of stud braced on both sides wallboard of different material and one side wallboard are obtained using variation principle. The full-scale tests of C type steel wall-stud subjected to centric axial loads are carried out to obtain the ultimate load and failure mode. The ultimate load obtained from formulas and from the test is in good agreement. It shows that the formulas are correct.
