内置式永磁同步电机电感参数的研究

摘    要:分析了永磁体磁势和电枢磁势共同作用时内置式永磁同步电机的电感特性,基于交流静态法,提出了一种改进的测量内置式永磁同步电机定子自感和互感以及交直轴电感的方法。为了考虑饱和和交叉耦合效应对电感参数的影响,该方法首先根据所测电压和电流数据计算出不同转子位置和电流下的磁链,然后根据磁链计算出电机自感和互感以及交直轴电感参数,并应用该方法进行了实测研究。结果表明,实测结果与有限元分析结果吻合较好,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:The inductance characteristic of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) is analyzed incorporating permanent magnet magnetic motive force (MMF) and the armature MMF, and then the improved AC standstill test is proposed for measuring the stator self and mutual inductances, the d-axis and q-axis inductances of an IPMSM. In order to consider the influence of saturation and cross coupling on the inductances, the method firstly calculates the flux linkages using the measured datum of the voltage and current, and then calculates the self and mutual inductances, the d-axis and q-axis inductances using the flux linkages under the different rotor position and stator current. The method is applied to a prototype IPMSM, and the experimental results which agree with the finite element analysis verify the feasibility and validity of this method.
