| 摘 要： | 分析了影响房屋维修周期的因素 ,通过对房屋建筑设备进行分类 ,介绍了“分类维修法”在房屋建筑设备维修中的特点、应用和效果 ,指出把“周期修”和“状态修”结合起来达到提高房屋设备质量的目的。

To reach aim of improving quality of house maintenance a suggestion about how to combine cycle maintenance and condition maintenance is pointed out. |
