基于虚拟仪器技术的水质监测仪的设计

摘    要:采用通用数据采集卡HY— 6 0 70设计了一种基于虚拟仪器软件平台LabVIEW的水质监测仪 .该设计采用PC—DAQ结构 ,在Windows环境下通过对动态链接库 (DLL)的编制与调用实现HY—6 0 70与LabVIEW的连接 ,软件设计使用图形编程语言以框图的形式进行程序编写 .与传统智能仪器相比 ,采用虚拟仪器技术的测试设备在智能化程度、性能价格比、灵活性、可操作性等方面具有明显的优势 .

Abstract:Adopting currency data collection card and LabVIEW,a water quality monitor is designed.This design adopts PC-DAQ structure and realizes a join of HY-6070 and LabVIEW by weaving and transferring DLL in Windows circumstance.The software design uses graph program language and program is written in a form of frame chart.Comparing with tradition intelligentized instrument,the testing equipment which uses technology of virtual instrument have visible advantage in many aspects,for example,in intelligentized degree,in agility and maneuverability.
