均等化视角下内蒙古草原城镇基本公共服务设施布局研究

公共服务设施是城镇整体生活水平与社会文明程度的代表,同时也是城镇功能的重要组成部分和居民生产、生活中不可缺少的重要物质保障。基本公共服务设施是基本公共服务的空间载体,快速城镇化进程中,随着人民生活水平的不断提高,与公众生活质量息息相关的基本公共服务越来越受到各界关注,基本公共服务设施的相关研究成为焦点,但这些研究多集中于东、中部经济发达地区和人口较密集的区域,而相对于布局松散、规模偏小的内蒙古草原城镇少有涉猎。本文以内蒙古草原城镇为研究对象,探索均等化视角下内蒙古草原城镇基本公共服务设施的适宜性规划布局,为草原城镇基本公共服务设施布局提供借鉴。

Study on the Layout of Basic Public Service Facilities of Prairie Towns in Inner Mongolia from the Perspective of Equalization of Public Services

Public service facilities are representatives of the city’s entire life level and towns and the social civilization degree. At the same time, as a significant part of urban functions, public service facilities is an important material security in residents＇ production and living. Basic public service facilities is the spatial carrier of basic public service. During the process of rapid urbanization, with the constant improvement of people’s living standards, basic public service which is closely related to the quality of public life has been paid more and more attention by social public. The researches of basic public facilities have been regarded as the focal point questions, however, most of these researches concentrate on eastern and middle areas with rapid economic development and larger population, and the prairie towns with scattered layout and smaller population in Inner Mongolia are seldom mentioned. This paper studies the reasonable planning and layout of basic public service facilities of prairie towns from equalization perspective, which providing a reference for the distribution of basic public service facilities of prairie towns in Inner Mongolia.
