摘    要:基于结构相似性原理,提出了一种以柴油机喷油泵为激振源的船舶模拟推进试验装置。讨论了模拟推进装置的系统结构以及扭振测试诊断原理,通过对轮子不平衡、轴系不对中、轴承磨损、油压负载激振和多缸断油等工况的扭振特性试验,验证了模拟推进装置是一种理想的船舶轴系扭振试验和软件性能测试设备。

Abstract:Based on the principle of structure similarity,this paper presents a sort of ship simulating propulsion device,which takes the fuel injection pump of diesel engine as a vibration source.System structure and torsional vibration diagnosis method of the simulating propulsion device is discussed.Torsional vibration characteristic experiments are finished under different fault working conditions such as rotor imbalance,shafting deflection,oil pressure load excitation and oil cutting off.The testing results prove that the simulating propulsion device is an ideal torsional vibration testing equipment of ship shafting.
