文南油田注入水水质处理新技术

摘    要:针对文南油田清水,污水先分别处理后再混合注入所导致的严重的腐蚀和结垢问题,对清水,污水先混合处理然后再注入进行了技术研究,研究内容包括,地质基础研究,水质处理技术研究和模拟及现场试验,这种水质处理新技术的主要工艺特点是:污水先期除油;混合杀菌加药点前移;一级沉降罐内部结构优化设计,压力滤罐全面改造,现场应用证明,该技术可有效控制系统的腐蚀速率和结垢率。

Abstract:In consideration of serious corrosive and scaling problems caused by mixing injection of fresh water with sewage water, which are treated respectively beforehand in Wennan Oilfield, a technical research is carried out on the injection of the fresh water mixed with sewage water beforehand The studies include the basic geologic situation, technique for improving the water quality, its simulation and field testing The characteristics of the main process for the new technique consist of sewage water deoiling beforehand,moving the point of bactericide forward of mixing disinflecting, optimizing the design of the internal structure of a primary precipitation tank and overall reconstruction of a pressure filtering tank Field application proves that the technique could effectively control the corrosive rate and scaling rate in the system
