文南油田注入水水质处理新技术

针对文南油田清水，污水先分别处理后再混合注入所导致的严重的腐蚀和结垢问题，对清水，污水先混合处理然后再注入进行了技术研究，研究内容包括，地质基础研究，水质处理技术研究和模拟及现场试验，这种水质处理新技术的主要工艺特点是：污水先期除油；混合杀菌加药点前移；一级沉降罐内部结构优化设计，压力滤罐全面改造，现场应用证明，该技术可有效控制系统的腐蚀速率和结垢率。
