棉籽蛋白提取工艺的研究

摘    要:采用碱提取和盐提取法提取棉籽蛋白,通过单因素实验和正交实验对提取工艺参数进行优化,并从蛋白提取率及纯度等方面对蛋白提取方法进行比较.得出采用亚硫酸钠提取棉籽蛋白最佳,其工艺条件为:温度40℃,质量浓度20 g/L,液粕比10∶1,提取时间70 min.此时蛋白质提取率为32.15%,蛋白质纯度99.6%.

Abstract:The extraction conditions for cottonseed protein with both the alkali method and the salt method were investigated by the single factor and orthogonal experiment.Moreover,these protein extraction methods were also compared from the protein extraction rate and the purity.The resulting optimum condition of extracting cottonseed protein was sodium sulphite and the technology conditions were enumerated as follows:temperature 40 ℃,mass concentration 20 g/L,ratio of water to stuff 10∶1,extraction time 70 min. And the resulting extractionrate of protein was 32. 15 % and the purity of protein was 99.6 % under the optimum conditions.
