特异性鸡蛋黄抗体的毒理学安全性研究

摘    要:评价特异性鸡蛋黄抗体作为保健食品素材的食用安全性。采用急性毒性试验、小鼠骨髓微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验、Ames试验和30d喂养试验进行检测。结果表明:雌、雄小鼠急性经口LD50>20ml/kg体重,属无毒级;小鼠骨髓微核试验、精子畸形试验和Ames试验结果均为阴性;30d喂养试验未显示明显毒性。

Abstract:To evaluate the edible safety of prepared IgY. Some tests of acute oral toxicity, bom marrow cell micronucleus, sperm shape abnormality in mice, Ames and thirty - day feeding were conducted in our study.The LDs0 of all the rats and mice were more than 20ml/kg bw, so the teeth protection spray belonged to actually non - toxicity; tests of born marrow cell micronucleus, sperm shape abnormality in mice, Ames were negative; The thirty - day feeding test in rats demonstrated that it had no distinctive effects on routine blood, body weight and biochemical index. The teeth protection spray was safe for edibility.
