摘    要:针对机械采油井系统效率低、浪费能源这一问题 ,试验应用提高有杆泵井机械采油系统效率技术。在产液量不变的情况下 ,可提高油井系统效率 ,节能降耗 ,延长油井检泵周期。该技术的应用 ,提高了油井的机械采油系统效率 ,平均单井提高 10个百分点以上 ,单井年节约电费 1 5× 10 4 元以上 ,节能效果显著。

Abstract:In accordance with the problem of low system efficiency and energy waste in mechanical recovery wells, a method of improving system efficiency of wells with sucker rod pump has been tested and applied. This technology can improve system efficiency, save energy and prolong pump inspection period without changing of mass production. With application of this technology, system efficiency of mechanical recovery has been improved by 10 % on average for single well, annual electricity power has been saved by more than 15 000 RMB yuan for single well. Therefore, this technology is highly energy saving.
