摘    要:详细介绍了空气氧化法生产焦锑酸钠的工艺与设备,并就工业化生产中对设备进行的一些改进作了全面的阐述。通过对浸出槽、氧化塔、中和槽和结晶槽等四个设备的改进,提高了浸出效率、防止了冒槽现象的发生,提高了氧化速度,降低了副产品中的杂质含量,大大提高了结晶速度,保证了整个生产过程的正常进行。

Abstract:In this paper, the process of the Sodium Pyroantimonate production by air oxidation and the equipments was introduced in detail and some improvements of the producing equipment was described roundly.Through the improvements on the leaching tank, the oxidization tower, the neutralizing tank and the crystallizing tank, the leaching efficiency of Antimony is increased, the transgression phenomenon is avoided, the oxidization speed is increased, the content of impurity in the by-product is reduced, the crystallizing speed is increased, the operation of the whole process is run smoothly by the improvements.
