| 摘 要： | 针对天津石化热电厂50 MW机组存在的一段调整抽汽无法投入、电负荷受制约问题进行分析,提出调整中压油动机静反馈弹簧预紧力,通过计算确定具体调整数据;计算原机组调节系统应具备的静态自整条件,对改造后机组进行静态调试,验证其符合静态自整特性,确保改造的可靠性.改造后机组成功接带一段调整抽汽并实现热电自整.

| Abstract: | The improved measure is proposed to adjust tight strength in advance of the spring with static feedbacks for medium-pressure oil-motive. The concrete adjustment parameters are confirmed through calculating. The condition of static automatic adjustment is calculated. The static adjustment test to the units is conducted. After the improvement, the steam turbine succeeds in taking a section of steam out and realizing the automatic adjustment of heat load and electric load. |
