水电站地下厂房岩壁吊车梁开挖施工技术探讨

摘    要:针对宜兴水电站地下厂房围岩地质构造差的问题,厂房岩壁吊车梁开挖工程采取开挖前预固结灌浆以提高围岩强度,并通过试验取得爆破技术参数,设计了合理的开挖施工方案。宜兴水电站地下厂房岩壁吊车梁的整体开挖成形效果良好,各项指标符合设计要求,表明该施工方法能够保证工程质量。

Abstract:The rock condition of the underground workshop of Yixing Hydropower Station is undesirable due to the geological structure. To ensure the excavation effect of the rock anchor beam, the grouting shall be conducted and the explosion test shall be made before the excavation of the rock anchor beam. The forming effect of the rock anchor beam excavation of the underground workshop of Yixing Hydropower Station is good, and could be referred by other underground workshops.
