摘    要:提出一种采用球面静压轴承的大型混流式水轮机转轮静平衡试验方法。该方法可以直观地反应出转轮不平衡方位,通过简单计算即可准确地得到转轮的不平衡角度和不平衡重量,并可通过配重对整个试验过程进行验证,具有操作简单、直观、摩擦系数小、试验精度高、重复性好等优点。

Abstract:The method of static balancing test of large water turbine wheel with sphere static-pressure bearing is put forward, which could reflect the imbalance position of the wheel directly and show the imbalance angle and weight of the wheel through simple calculation. In addition, the whole test could be verified with balance weight. The method features simplicity, small fi'ictional factor, high test precision and good repeatability.
