| Abstract: | it is necessary to establish the new concept of scientific development of hydroenergy resource, strengthen the scientific management on hydroenergy resources, and develop the virtuous cycle mechanism for development and protection of hydroenergy resources, thus to further implement the construction of hydropower facilities for the target of new rural electrification county, in order to achieve reasonable development and sustainable unitization of hydroenergy resource. |
