数字型油杯恒温控制系统的研究

摘    要:本文提出一种以单片机为核心的、可用于绝缘油介损测量系统的油杯恒温控制系统,以中频感应加热方式取代传统电阻炉加热方式,采用分段控制的积分分离式PID算法,结合高精度的测温电路,升温速度快,控温偏差小。详细介绍了它的测量原理、系统组成以及数据处理的有关算法,实验结果验证了该方案是可行的。

Abstract:A thermostatic control system of oil cup with single-chip computer as its heart is presented to used in insulating oil dielectric loss measuring system in the paper. A subdivision controlled integral-separated PID algorithm is proposed to control the induction heating circuit and a high accuracy temperature measuring circuit with nonlinear temperature calibration is detailed The proposed system can obtain more quickly dynamic process and less steady-state deviation over conventional electric cooker mode. Its measuring principle,system structure , and the algorithm concerned are analyzed. The experimental measurements are used to verify the theoretical prediction and analytical discussion.
