人体末梢血微核测试方法的改进

本文介绍改进末梢血微核测试法的实验研究结果。实验结果表明,用肝素钠抗凝,0.3%甲基纤维素促红细胞凝集、沉降,不仅较好地保持了淋巴细胞的自然形状,并能使制片过程更为简便。对80例受检者分析比较了同一制片不同部位的平均微核率,结果表明,阅读制片体部1000个淋巴细胞的平均微核率,与阅读全片2000个淋巴细胞的结果无显著差异;对98例患者静脉血与末梢血淋巴细胞微核率进行了比较,结果微核阳性率和平均微核率均无显著差异。

IMPROVMENT OF METHOD FOR COUNTING MICRONUCLEATED LYMPHOCYTES IN HUMAN PERIPHERAL BLOOD

In this paper,the results of a experimental study on the improvment of method for counting micronucleated lymphocytes in humanperipheral blood were presented.The findings show that ues of a 0.3%methylcellulose solution to sodimentate erythrocytes in heparinized humanblood can not only keep the natural shape of the lymphocyte but also makethe preparation of blood smears simplified.Distribution of the freqencies ofmicronucleated lymphocytes scored at various parts of same smear wascompared and analysis of the scores of 80 cases tested indicated that there isno significant difference in the average frequencies of micronucleated lympho-cytes obtained by scoring 1000 lymphocytes at the middle part of smear andby scoring 2000 lymphocytes over the whole smear.The frequencies ofmicronucleated lymphocytes in venous and peripheral blood were compared insame patients and the scores of micronucleate lymphocytes were analysed in98 cases.No difference was found between both blood.
