| 摘 要： | 聚乙烯材料自动图像处理检测软件系统由电机控制．图像采集、图像拼接和图像处理与分析部分组成本文介绍了该系统的设计制作，并将其应用于试件内部缺陷的检验分析中，结果表明，该系统原理正确，结构可行，性能可靠。

| Abstract: | s:The automatic image processing and test software system for polyethylene material includes electromachine control, image capture, image registration and image process and analysis parts. This paper introduces the design and development of the software system and describes the application of the software system in the inner defects inspection of the sample. The analysis and experimental results show that the software system is with rational principle and feasible structure, and is reliable for quality control of polyeth-ylene material. |
