| 摘 要： | 社区建设是一项广受关注的重要课题.近些年来随着住宅消费观念的提高,从"居者有其屋"发展到"居者优其屋",只有"以人为本",进一步研究居民的社区意识,进行相应的文态空间建设,研究其作为住区中良性引导空间的存在价值,才能更好地利于、促进文化交流,增强文化底蕴. |

| Abstract: | Research of community construction is a problem concerning architecture.With the promotion of home consumption conception,man has developed the idea from "I want a house" to"I want to improve my house".Only human-based work such as research of community ideology and construct corresponding sustainable cultural space with knowledge of the existence value as guiding space in community can we improve cultural communication and develop cultural meaning. |
