摘    要:以乙酸乙酯作为Monaeolin K的提取剂,采用紫外分光光度法和硅胶薄层层析法对其进行定性、定量测定,分析结果准确,操作简单、快捷。

Abstract:Monacolin K was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and thin layer chromatograph respectively.Ethyl acetate was used as the extraction reagent of Monacolin K.The results showed that this method was perfect,simple and time saving.
