| Abstract: | Monacolin K was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and thin layer chromatograph respectively.Ethyl acetate was used as the extraction reagent of Monacolin K.The results showed that this method was perfect,simple and time saving. |
