| 摘 要： | 采用气相色谱法，使用OV－101色谱柱和氢火焰离子化检测器，以邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为内标物，对广灭灵乳油进行分离和测定。方法的变异系数为0．42％，线性相关系数为0．9997，回收率为99．08％－100．12％之间。

| Abstract: | A method is introduced for the determination of clomazone technical and its EC by gas chromatngraphy on OV - 101 chro matographic column and flame - ionization detector using dibuty- o - phthalate as internal standard. The coefficient of variation is 0. 42 %, linear correlation is 0. 9997 and the recovery rate is 99. 08 % - 100. 12%, the method has been used in determination of the practical samples with satisfactory results. |
