| 摘 要： | 通过对气流负压式集聚纺技术分类及特点的分析,并对不同气流负压式集聚纺(集聚罗拉式、钻孔胶圈式和网格圈式)进行比较,重点探讨了国内应用最多的网格圈式集聚纺用异形管和网格圈技术,提出网格圈研发的方向;指出:气流负压式集聚纺是目前应用量较大的集聚纺纱型式;网格圈是其最为重要的关键器材,其尺寸稳定性、质量一致性目前很难得到保证,应针对其作用机理、制造技术、性能检测和使用效果做深入研究。
