换流阀内冷水系统隐患排查及防治技术研究

摘    要:为了防治换流阀内冷水系统隐患导致的直流输电设备故障,对某±500 kV换流站换流阀内冷水系统进行了隐患排查,发现在内冷水补充水、内冷水的pH值监督指标、离子交换树脂、脱气罐等设备或工艺中存在隐患,提出了补充水必须为高纯度除盐水;pH值应作为常规监督指标控制在安全范围内,设备中应增加调节pH值装置;应专门增加除氧器并严格监督水中溶解氧含量小于100 ppb,严格监督脱气罐脱气效果,水中溶入的总碳离子浓度应控制在小于2.0×10-6mol/L以下;严格监督离子交换树脂质量,定期检测,及时更换等隐患防治技术。

Abstract:In order to prevent the fault of DC transmission equipment caused by hidden hazardous of internal cool-ing water system of converter valve, the hazards of internal cooling water treatment system of the HVDC werescreened, the resuhs showed hazards would exist in internal cooling water supplement, monitoring index of pH val-ue of internal cooling water, ion exchange resin, degassing tank and other equipment or technology. The followinghazard prevention and control technologies have been suggested : supplement water must be high purified desaltedwater; pH value should be used as a routine supervision and controlled in a safe range; a pH value adjustment de-vice should be installed; a deaerator should also be added and strictly monitored the dissolved oxygen in water tokeep it less than 100 ppb; strictly supervised the degassing effect of degassing tank; the total concentration of car-bon should be controlled at less than 2. 0 x 10 -6 mol/L; strictly monitored the quality of ion exchange resin, regu-larly inspect it and replace it in time.
