布尔台煤与典型烟煤掺烧试验研究

摘    要:利用西安热工研究院有限公司的一维试验炉和着火试验炉,对布尔台煤与大同煤、准格尔煤、神华煤、平朔煤、兖州煤5种典型烟煤进行掺烧试验研究,分析布尔台煤与其他煤掺烧时的燃烧和结渣特性。试验结果表明:布尔台煤与神华煤的燃烧和结渣特性极其相似;在与低结渣倾向的煤种掺烧时,布尔台煤的结渣现象明显得到改善。

Abstract:With the application of the one-dimensional test furnace and ignition furnace from TPRI, experimentalresearches on the blending combustion of the Buertai coal, Datong coal, Zhungeer coal, Shenhua coal, Pingshuocoal and Yanzhou coal were carried out, and the analysis on the combustion and slagging characteristics of theBuertai Coal during the mixed burning with other kinds of coal was achieved. Results show that the combustion andslagging characteristics of Buertai coal and Shenhua coal have a strong resemblance, and the slagging of the Buertaicoal is significantly improved when blending with low slagging tendency coal.
