配电线路带电异物清除工具的研制

摘    要:悬挂在配电线路上的异物容易引起电气故障,现存方法难以高效去除异物。在分析了配电线路常见异物种类和目前异物清除方法的基础上,设计了一种配电线路带电异物清除工具。首先,阐述了主要基于剪刀原理和齿轮机构传动进行设计的设计思想;然后分析了工具的电气和机械性能要求;再给出详细的设计方案;最后采用Pro/E软件对工具进行三维参数化建模,并运用ADAMS仿真软件进行运动学和动力学仿真分析。结果表明,工具设计方案正确,可以有效去除异物。

Abstract:The extra matters hanging on distribution lines can cause electrical accidents, and should be removed intime. The existing removal methods are not only inefficient, but also short of standardization. After the extensiveresearch of the type of extra matters and the existing removal methods, we design a special live line working tool toremove extra matters in distribution line. At first, the design thought of adopting the principle of scissor and geartransmission is given. Secondly, the electrical and mechanical requirements of the tool are analyzed. Thirdly, thedetailed designing proposal is introduced. At last, 3D parameter model is built in Pro/E and kinematics and dy-namics simulation is done using ADAMS. Modeling and simulation results verify the correctness and feasibility ofthe design.
