| 摘 要： | 水资源承载能力涉及水资源承载主体、客体和主客体耦合分析三个层次,本文以朝阳市区为例,通过分析城市供用水现状和经济发展规模,以人口、经济和环境的协调发展为前提,遵循水资源“三次平衡”的配置思想,建立PSR模型对朝阳市区水资源承载能力进行分析计算,给出适合当地人水和谐发展的推荐方案。
