竖井井筒穿过含油气岩层的施工技术

摘    要:海石湾矿主井井筒施工中需穿过含油气岩层 ,为了安全、顺利地通过油气层岩石而完成凿井任务 ,施工单位经过周密调研、具体分析 ,采用了分段探放、专管排放与井筒排放相结合并使工作面形成绝氧层 ,而后放小炮、短段掘砌穿过的总体方案。结果 ,历时 11个月 ,安全、顺利地通过了含油气岩层。本文对此作了详细介绍

Abstract:Haishiwan main vertical shaft must pass through the rock layer that contains oil gas.In order to finish the shaft excavation safely and smoothly,after investigation and study and analyzing carefully,an overall construction scheme was adopted in which the oil gas must be explored by stage,emitted by combining special tube and shaft,and made the working face non oxygen.Then let the shaft pass through the layer that contains oil gas with small explosive cartridges and let it sunk and supported by short stage.At last,the shaft passed through the layer which contains oil gas safely and smoothly for 11 months.
