| 摘 要： | "十六大"报告指出了我们今后二十年的奋斗目标是全面建设小康社会.从"小康"的提出到"小康"的发展,再到"十六大"全面建设小康社会目标的确定,都是中国共产党坚持实事求是的思想路线、坚持马列主义的世界观、方法论的结果."小康"的提出,体现了理论与实践的统一;"小康"的发展,体现了量变和质变的辩证关系;"小康"的目标,体现了绝对运动和相对静止的统一.

| Abstract: | The report of sixteenth National Peo ple' s Congress showed that the aim within next 20years is to build moderately well -off society overally.From raising,developin g to ensuring the aim to build it are the results that Communists insist o n practical and realistic ideologic al line and Marxism -Leninsm method-ology.The raise of moderately well -off society reflects the unity of theory and practice;the development of it reflects dialectical relation between quantitative change and qualitative change;the ensurance of it re flects the unity of absolute motion and rela tive motionless. |
