摘 要: | 通过对Ti-51111S合金铸锭生产工艺的研究,分析中间合金加入、电极制备方式及熔炼参数对铸锭生产及化学成分均匀性的影响,探索出合理的Ti-51111S合金铸锭生产工艺。采用该工艺生产的Ti-51111S合金铸锭成分均匀,冶金质量良好,符合有关技术条件要求,可以满足民用钛材使用要求。

Abstract: | In the casting technology of Ti-51111S alloy ingots the effects of the intermediate alloy joining,the electrode preparation methods and smelting parameters on the production and the chemical composition uniformity of the ingots were investigated.The reasonable production technology of Ti-51111S alloy ingot was explored.The alloy produced by the above technology has uniform composition,and good metallurgical quality,satisfying the requirements of the relevant technology and commercial use of titanium. |
