| 摘 要： | 介绍了遥控操作安全约束系统的功能特点、以及在变电站集控中心遥控操作系统的应用。分析了变电站实施该系统对提高电网遥控操作的安全性,减少电网操作的安全事故,减轻值班人员遥控操作的心理负担,提高电气运行管理的变革性作用。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the features and function of safety restraint system of remote control operation and its application in substation integrated control center. This paper analyzes the implementation of the system, which has played a significant role in enhancing the security of grid remote operation, reducing the grid remote operation security accidents, alleviating the psychological burden of the on duty personnel and improving the electrical operation and management. |
