漏失井冲砂工艺管柱研究与现场试验

摘    要:针对漏失井采用常规冲砂工艺管柱难以建立起液体循环的问题,研究设计了漏失井冲砂工艺管柱。该冲砂工艺管柱由上下2个自封式双皮碗封隔器、油管、空心抽油杆、空心抽油杆笔尖、限位筛管笔尖等组成。在冲砂过程中2个自封式双皮碗封隔器和油管始终封闭全部油层射孔井段,阻止冲砂液漏失进入地层,充分利用油、套环空和油管、空心抽油杆之间的环空通道,使冲砂液携带井筒内的砂子返出地面。官42-15井现场试验表明,漏失井冲砂工艺管柱在冲砂过程中,下井和冲砂1次成功,冲砂液无漏失,冲砂干净彻底,具有较强的实用性和良好的应用前景。

Study of sand-washing string in absorption well and its field test
Abstract:For solving the problem of difficulty of establishing fluid circulation by using common sand-washing string in absorption well, the sand-washing string for absorption well is designed. It is composed of two upper and lower self-sealing dual cup packers, tubing hollow sucker rod, hollow sucker rod stylus point and limit screen pipe stylus point. During sand washing, the two dual cup packers and tubing always seal the whole perforated interval, preventing sand-washing fluid from leaking into the formation, and making full use of the tubing-casing annulus and the tubing-hollow sucker rod annular channel. Thus the sand-washing fluid carries the sand inside the borehole back to the surface. The field test result from well Guan 42-15 indicates that the running down of the sand-washing string and the sand washing can be successful at one time and the sand washing is completely clean. It owns strong practicability and good application prospect.
