摘    要:提出了一种非接触式快速获取三维内轮廓尺寸的检测方法--面结构光投影测量法,基于该法设计了一种光电探测装置,用于对内表面呈圆台体的钢管内尺寸进行测量;分析了该装置在测量时的光路结构原理,建立相应的数学模型,在CCD拍摄的图像中,根据此模型,成像光斑质心的二维坐标值可转换为对应的空间三维坐标值,从而计算钢管不同截面内轮廓尺寸以及母线长度,进而获得完整的三维内轮廓形状信息;根据实验结果表明,该测量模型是正确且可行的.

Abstract:A method named surface structured light projection is presented, by which we can capture the size of three-dimensional inner profile without any contact and based on which we design the photoelectric detection device for measuring the inner dimensions of the pipes with the inner profile of a frustum of a cone. The geometry of the light path of the former device is analyzed, using the math model, the three-dimensional coordinate values of the centroid of spot are calculated , then the diverse inner profile dimensions under different sections and the length of the bus bars in order to obtain the entire three-dimensional inner profile are figured out. Finally, the correctness and feasibility of the model are validated by the experimental results.
