微型桩灌注细石混凝土成桩法及其上拔试验

摘    要:介绍了一种新型的微型桩成桩方法--灌注细石混凝土成桩法,并通过浙江地区典型软土地基中进行的现场施工,对该方法的施工流程及施工参数进行了研究,提出了相应的施工工艺。通过上拔试验对其抗拔承载力进行了研究,试验研究表明,只要合理地控制好施工参数,采用微型桩灌注细石混凝土成桩是切实可行的方法,在今后的工程中可以进一步应用和研究。

Abstract:This paper introduces a new type of micropile construction method —casting fine-stone concretes.Through a case test in a soft ground in Zhejiang region,a study is made on the construction process and construction parameters,and corresponding construction techniques are proposed.Uplift capacity test was performed for this type of micropiles,which shows that as long as the construction parameters are controlled properly,construction of micropile by casting fine-stone concrete is a feasible and practical method and can be further applied in the future.
