Discussion On Landscape Language Design Method Of EXPO Gardens

EXPO Garden is a special landscape form. the EXPO Garden should show its exhibition ideas clearly to the audiences. This article discusses how to use the landscape language design method while designing such gardens based on the case study of the Liberation Garden and the Armed Police Garden in the 3th China Greening EXPO. It also concentrates on the way to understand the macro context; to select, use even create the vocabulary, the syntax and the rhetoric methods. In the end, this article wiling to answer the question of the transformation from concept to form in EXPO garden design.
