摘    要:采用M ie散射理论研究了微球体光散射的性质并用E ikonal近似方法把微椭球体用与其等效的微球体来近似,进而应用M ie散射理论对微椭球体光散射进行数值模拟,并对计算结果进行了分析。结果表明微球体与微椭球体光散射具有相似的性质,且微椭球体散射光振幅分布与其位置有关。分析结果可为实际应用中微球体与微椭球体透镜的设计、应用及微透镜阵列光学性能的进一步分析提供依据。

Abstract:In this paper,the light scattering characteristics of microsphere are studied by adopting Mie scattering theory and the Eikonal approximation method is used to approximate the spheroid with its effective spheres so that we could use Mie scattering theory to calculate and analysis it.The numerical results are analyzed and the results show that the characteristics of light scattered by a sphere are similar to those of the spheroid.Moreover the distribution of the amplitude of the scattering light is related to its position.The results of this paper may provide references for how to design and apply appropriate microsphere and microspheroid optical elements in practical experiment and for further studying of microlens arrays.
