液氨处理对亚麻纤维结构与织物性能的影响

摘    要:为提高膨化处理在亚麻织物整理过程中的应用效果,观察并测定不同工艺处理后亚麻纤维的红外光谱、结晶结构、吸湿率、染色及其织物物理机械性能的变化。实验结果表明:不同膨化处理对亚麻纤维素的化学组成成分没有明显的影响;烧碱处理能够引起亚麻纤维结晶度的减小,液氨处理也能破坏纤维的结晶结构,使其结晶度下降;烧碱/液氨处理后亚麻织物的吸湿率和平衡上染百分率分别增加了19.08%和12.61%;烧碱/液氨处理后亚麻织物的抗弯刚度、折皱回复角和拉伸强力等性能均好于用烧碱处理的织物。

Abstract:For enhancing the effect of liquid ammonia and sodium hydroxide swelling treatment of linen fabric,infrared spectra,crystalline structure,moisture regain,dyeing properties and mechanical properties of linen fabrics treated by different swelling processes were measured.It is found that no significant changes exhibit in the chemical structure of the linen fibers treated by different swelling processes.However,crystallinity was decreased not only by the NaOH treatment but also by the NH_3 treatment,especially by the latter.Moisture regain and equilibrium dyeing rate of the fabric treated by NaOH/NH_3 were increased 19.08% and 12.61% respectively.NaOH/NH_3 treated linen fabric has better cantilever bending stiffness,crease recovery,tensile strength and other mechanical properties than the mercerized linen fabric.
