银杏叶缓释片的制备及体外释药动力学

摘    要:以丁为标准品,采用上分光光度法,对用乙基纤维素等辅料制备的缓释片和用淀粉等辅料制备的银杏叶普通片,进行了银杏总蒽酮含量测定和体外累积释药百分率的比较,普通片的体外释药动力学为一级释放,缓释片在2 ̄12h为零级释放,普通片释放50%的时间为66min,缓释片释放50%的时装显112min,缓释惩体外释药速率明显慢于普通片。

Abstract:With the rutin as standard, and with UValso, the total flabonoides and of outbodyaccumulated percent of drugrelease have been tested for the slowedrelease tablets of ethylcellulose and filler. The release kinetics of general tablets is firstorder kinetics, slowedrelease tablets is zeroorder kinetics in the first 2~12 h. General tablets need 66 min for 50% release, but the release tablets need 112 min for 50%, furthermore, release rate is slower as the rate of general tablets of offbody.
