溶胶-凝胶法制备WO3-TiO2电致变色薄膜的研究

摘    要:通过溶胶 -凝胶方法制备出了掺杂 Ti O2 的 WO3电致变色薄膜 ,并利用电化学循环伏安装置、分光光度计、X- Ray衍射进行了相关的性能测试 ,指出掺杂一定量的 Ti O2 可有效地稳定氧化钨溶胶 ,提高薄膜的循环使用寿命 ,同时也使薄膜的变色性能降低

Abstract:WO 3-TiO 2 electrochromic thin films are produced by sol-gel method,and the effects of dopping TiO 2 on the electrochromic properties of WO 3 thin films have been studied by using electrochemical cycling Voltampere.XRD and so on. It was pointed out that WO 3 sol could be stabilized efficiently and the lifetime is increased and coloration efficiency is decreased by dopping Ti oxide.
