| 摘 要： | 加强中小企业节能降耗工作,对保持国民经济健康发展、推动＂十一五＂节能目标实现有着重要意义。通过抽样调查和案例研究方法,分析了我国中小企业能效水平的现状,认为其总体能效水平比全国平均水平低36%左右。在探究影响中小企业能效水平原因的基础上,提出近中期中小企业可实现的节能潜力为4500万~5000万tce,并给出了实现途径。

| Abstract: | The promotion of energy conservation for small and medium sized industrial enterprises(SME), is very important to keep healthiness of the country economy and achieve the energy conservation goal in the period of the 11th five-year plan.
