胶印油墨与润湿液的乳化关系

摘    要:通过实验分析了润湿液的供液量、浓度及类型对胶印油墨乳化率的影响,指出Tasker等人提出的乳化速度理论存在一定的不足,使用HLB理论完善了此理论,更好地解释了胶印油墨的乳化行为.

Abstract:The effects of wetting solution's quantity, concentration and type on water-pickup of ink were discussed through experiments. The results show that the reaction rate theory of ink emulsion put forward by Tasker et al exists some limitations. The HLB theory perfects that theory and it appears to be a better way for explaining the widely varying water-pickup behaviors.
