| 摘 要： | 公众参与合作进行旅游资源开发评估研究是一项复杂的系统工程,涉及问题多,参与人数广.这就要求具体评估方法既要科学可靠,又要简单实用,便于计算机实现.为实现旅游可持续发展的目标,应在旅游规划调研分析初期--旅游资源评价实践中,通过AHP和Fuzzy综合评判模型的集成实现对旅游资源的开发评价,从指标权重的确定到评价结果均体现公众的利益诉求.

| Abstract: | Public participation and cooperation based tourism development is a complex systematic project involving many problems and subjects. This requires scientific and easy appraisal approach for computerization. To realize sustainable tourism development, AHP and Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation models shall combine in the period of tourism resource appraisal evaluation to reflect the public's benefit requirement in terms of exponentials as well as the evaluation result. |
