| 摘 要： | 根据工程项目计划管理中"另类"任务不常用到,但它们各自都有独特的管理作用又没有引起足够重视的情况,分析了在工程项目管理中不常用的"另类"任务在计划管理,特别是网络计划管理中的适用情况、管理意义及具体操作,以利于今后巧妙运用这些"另类"任务,使工程项目计划管理水平做得更好.

| Abstract: | In plan management of construction project, there is small quantity of special tasks. However, they play important roles in plan management in some cases. The applicable situation, operation and significance of these special tasks are analyzed for the porpose of improving plan management in construction project. |
