| 摘 要： | 本文从现代管理原理在档案管理现代化中的应用问题入手，对管理方法科学化，从四个方面即系统原理、整分合原理、反馈原理及动力原理方面进行了具体阐述。旨在通过这一问题的探讨，不断加强档案工作的科学化管理，争取早日实现档案管理现代化。

| Abstract: | The author starts with the appliance of the principle of file managemen in modernization of file, analysing the scientific method on management from four aspects: systematic principle, whole- divide - compound principle, feedback principle and motive principle, so as to strengthen the scientific management of file continuously and to strive for the realization of modernization of file management. |
