摘    要:针对注水井套管结垢严重等问题,对套管结垢机理进行了研究。根据结垢的硬度、厚度不同,设计了水力~机械刨削和水力-机械钻削2种除垢方法,并研制出了相应的井下除垢工具。室内试验和现场试验表明.水力-机械井下套管除垢技术施工简单、安全可靠,可清除各种类型的结垢,对套管无损伤,是可以推广的一种新技术。

Abstract:Aimed at the serious problems of scale buildup on down-hole casing in water injection well, the mechanisms of scale buildup are studied. According to the different rigidity and thickness of scales, two scale removal methods of hydraulic-mechanical digging chipping and drilling chipping are designed and scale removal tools are developed. The results of laboratory test and field trail showed that the hydraulic-mechanical scale removal technology has such characteristics as simplifying operation and good safety and reliability as well as can remove different scales and has no scathe on down-hole casing. It's a new technology that is worth popularizing.
